Role:
Manages the flow of jewellery orders from design to production and delivery, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely completion.
Responsibilities
Coordinate between design, production, and sales teams
Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
Handle costing based on gold, diamonds, and labor
Monitor quality and client requirements
Communicate with buyers and suppliers
Receive customer requirements and new development briefs
Share timelines and monitor execution
Track sample development status
Ensure customer expectations and meet
Handle approval, corrections and revisions
Analyze market demand and customer buying patterns
Ensure development of commercially solid and profitable products
Coordinate with design and costing teams to create products with better profit margins
Focus on customer- oriented designs that have higher sales potential and repeat business opportunities
