Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at the MAAC center in Durgapur. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, studios, and production houses to create placement opportunities for students.
The Placement Coordinator will organize campus recruitment activities, schedule interviews, coordinate placement drives, and track placement outcomes. They will guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and professional conduct, while sharing industry updates and job market insights. The role also includes regular reporting on placement metrics, collaborating with academic teams to align training with industry needs, and ensuring a professional and supportive experience for both students and hiring partners.
