Job Context

Tecksight is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice, working on large-scale ERP and HCM Cloud implementation programmes for enterprise clients across the UK, US, and India.

If you have hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, or SCM modules and enjoy translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions, we want to hear from you.

Resposibilities

Lead functional design workshops and document business requirements across Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.

Configure Oracle Cloud solutions aligned to client processes — covering financials, procurement, HR, payroll, or supply chain depending on your module specialisation.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.





Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Manage client stakeholders through implementation phases — from discovery and design through UAT, cutover, and hypercare.

Participate in or lead Oracle quarterly update impact assessments for managed services clients.

Skills & Experience Required

Any other responsibilities assigned by the delivery manager.

3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud implementation experience across at least one of: Financials, HCM, SCM, or EPM.

Robust understanding of enterprise business processes relevant to your module specialisation.

Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and configuration documentation.

Experience supporting data migration and UAT in Oracle Cloud programmes.

Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
