We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid digital marketing campaigns across key acquisition channels. This role combines hands-on channel management with strategic thinking, data analysis, experimentation, and commercial ownership to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multi-channel performance campaigns, meaningful media budgets, and data-driven optimization initiatives. You should be comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, collaborating cross-functionally, identifying growth opportunities, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Campaign Management
Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Manage campaign setup, bidding strategies, budget allocation, pacing, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization.




Optimize campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and creatives to improve efficiency and growth.
Lead performance campaigns for seasonal events, promotional initiatives, and always-on acquisition programs.
Identify opportunities to scale high-performing channels while maintaining efficient CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.
Media Strategy & Partner Management
Work closely with media partners and advertising platforms to resolve technical issues, implement platform updates, and identify growth opportunities.
Support budget allocation and channel strategy based on performance trends and business priorities.
Evaluate new acquisition opportunities and recommend channels or strategies with strong growth potential.
Analytics, Measurement & Reporting
Build and maintain performance reporting frameworks across advertising and analytics platforms.
