Job Summary
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of social media trends, content planning, reels, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn presence.
Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Plan and coordinate engaging content including Reels, posts, stories,



carousels, and short-form videos.
Write engaging captions, social media copy, and campaign content.
Identify current social media trends, travel trends, hashtags, and content opportunities.
Coordinate with the design/content team to create high-quality and engaging creatives.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and travel inquiries.
Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and content performance.
Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve the company's social media presence.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert social media engagement into quality leads.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, features, and best practices.
