Role Description The Assistant Team Leader role is a full time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves supporting senior team members in conducting real estate research, preparing feasibility studies, and analyzing location strategies, asset valuations,



and portfolio performance. The Assistant Team Leader will help coordinate client engagements, compile and interpret market and project data, prepare reports and presentations, and assist in managing property-related activities and documentation. This role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting assignments, monitoring key project milestones, and maintaining accurate records to support informed decision-making for clients.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
Knowledge of real estate concepts such as feasibility studies, valuation, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
