Job Title: SAP SD Consultant (OTC)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD modules, ensuring seamless business operations and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management.
Configure and support SAP SD modules, including pricing (Condition Technique), output determination, and billing processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Handle issue resolution, enhancements, and system support activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as MM and FI for seamless integration.
Perform system testing, documentation, and end-user training.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks aligned with project timelines.
Participate in system upgrades,



enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
Strong knowledge of OTC processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management.
Expertise in SAP SD configuration, including Pricing and Condition Technique.
At least one end-to-end implementation experience in SAP SD.
Experience in both implementation and support projects.
Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and FI modules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Exposure to global or US clients (preferred due to shift timing).
Ability to work in a hybrid mode and align with the US shift.
Experience in Agile or ASAP methodologies is an added advantage.
