Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across NavGurukul’s programs and initiatives. This role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring program delivery, and supporting productive processes for admissions, student support, and placement activities. The Operational Specialist will track key performance metrics, maintain operational documentation, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and resource allocation. The role also involves assisting with project planning, managing timelines, and supporting communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment and contributing to continuous improvement of operational practices.
