Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.




Generate and qualify leads while ensuring timely follow-ups.
Guide customers throughout their visa application journey with professional assistance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the Operations and Documentation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Learn about international visa processes, documentation requirements, and company offerings.
Work towards achieving individual performance goals while continuously improving communication and sales skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in any discipline (Graduation completed is mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or the Travel industry.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
