Tatva Networks is hiring an Operations Manager in Bengaluru.

For eighteen years we have run security assessments, 24x7 monitoring and infrastructure projects for courts, banks, builders and schools. The technical side of this company is in positive hands. The administration around it, purchase orders, delivery schedules, client status, statutory filings, CRM records - still sits on my desk. That is the wrong place for it.
So we are hiring one person to take it. The role covers four areas: delivery co-ordination, procurement and vendor management, administration and statutory compliance, and sales operations.

What I am looking for is someone who has raised a purchase order, watched a distributor miss the date, and stayed on it week after week until the hardware arrived.

Experience : 5 to 8 years in IT services, system integration, managed services or cybersecurity.
CTC: Rs. 6 to 8 lakhs, Indiranagar, on-site.

One thing I will be plain about. We are fifteen people. There is no executive under this role in year one. You do the work yourself.
