Role Description The Influencer Marketing Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating campaign deliverables, tracking influencer performance, managing timelines, and maintaining detailed records of contracts, budgets, and campaign metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on campaign briefs,



monitoring campaign execution, preparing performance reports, and supporting optimization of influencer strategies. The executive will contribute to continuous process improvement within influencer operations and help ensure smooth communication between influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing operations, including influencer identification, outreach, onboarding, and relationship management.
Skills in campaign coordination and project management, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Data and analytics skills, including tracking KPIs, compiling performance reports, and using insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
