Key Responsibilities :-

Manage day-to-day operations of the eye care centre.

Ensure smooth patient flow across OPD, Day Care and Diagnostics.

Monitor centre performance and operational KPIs.

Coordinate with clinical, nursing, front office and support teams.

Ensure smooth patient experience and timely service delivery.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and quality standards.

Manage manpower planning, staff coordination and productivity.

Coordinate facility, equipment and vendor-related operational requirements.

Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Identify and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Profile: MBA/MHA/Healthcare Management with relevant experience in hospital/healthcare operations, preferably in an eye-care setup.
