Job Role: TrackWise Digital Specialist
Location : Bangalore
6–8 years of experience in TrackWise Digital / TrackWise QMS within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Biotech environments.
Strong hands-on experience in Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, and Audits.
Expertise in TrackWise configuration, administration, user management, and workflow configuration.
Positive knowledge of CSV, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, ERP, and LIMS integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
Experience with TrackWise 8 to Digital migration, SaaS/Cloud, API integrations, database/scripting, and TrackWise certification is a plus.
