Role Description The Horeca Business Development Manager (BDM) is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for growing Toyo Kombucha’s presence in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and related foodservice channels. Day-to-day activities include identifying and approaching potential Horeca partners, pitching product offerings, and negotiating commercial terms to close new business. The person in this role will manage existing Horeca accounts, ensure regular orders,



coordinate product delivery, and monitor performance to achieve sales targets. They will collaborate with marketing and operations to plan promotions, tastings, and menu placements, and gather market feedback to refine the Horeca strategy. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, tracking pipelines, and representing Toyo Kombucha at local industry events and trade activations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Horeca or B2B sales, preferably in beverages, FMCG, or foodservice, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills, including stakeholder management with chefs, F&B; managers, purchase heads, and distributors.
Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively pitch products and close deals.
