Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full time,



on-site position based in Neemrana. The Sales Officer will identify and generate leads within the target customer segment, conduct field visits, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining housing finance products, assessing basic eligibility, assisting customers through the application and documentation process, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. The role involves managing sales operations, engaging with channel partners, tracking daily sales activities, and meeting assigned business targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. The Sales Officer is expected to represent SMHFC professionally in the local market, provide timely feedback from the field, and support initiatives that enhance financial inclusion and customer satisfaction.
