Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials, as well as picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures. The Warehouse Associate will operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that goods are stored and handled safely.



Day-to-day tasks include labeling, staging shipments, conducting basic inspections of incoming and outgoing goods, and keeping the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety and pharmaceutical handling guidelines. The role involves working closely with logistics, production, and quality teams to support smooth warehouse operations and timely delivery.
Qualification:
Minimum graduate.
Diploma in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline will be preferred

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical finished goods warehouse or regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/pharma-cloude based warehouse operations will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in finished product dispatch and inventory management will have an added advantage.
