Engineering Manager – SAP Master Data
Role Summary
The Engineering Manager – SAP Master Data is responsible for leading a team of SAP professionals in delivering reliable, scalable, and business-aligned master data solutions across the SAP landscape. This role combines people leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and technical oversight to ensure high-quality master data processes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The Engineering Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and external vendors to drive strategic initiatives, support digital transformation, and enable business growth through effective master data management.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of SAP functional and technical professionals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to support individual and team growth.




• Drive employee engagement initiatives and create an inclusive work environment. Delivery Ownership & Project Execution
• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Master Data initiatives, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation activities.
• Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain robust relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for master data-related initiatives and escalations.
• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
SAP Master Data Governance & Process Improvement
• Ensure effective governance and stewards
