About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join our fast-paced digital agency in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing social media for multiple brands/clients, developing content strategies, identifying trends, driving engagement, and working closely with creative, design, video, and strategy teams.
This is a hands-on agency role where you will own social media accounts from ideation to execution, reporting, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
Own monthly content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and topical content.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
Write and review captions, hooks, one-liners, scripts,



hashtags and social media copy.
Identify emerging trends, memes, viral formats, audio trends and platform updates and convert them into relevant brand content.
Ideate and execute Reels and short-form video content with robust understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience behaviour.
Work closely with Design, Copy, Video and Strategy teams to deliver high-quality content within timelines.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Participate in client calls, presentations, brainstorming sessions and campaign discussions.
Understand client objectives and translate them into effective social media strategies.
Monitor comments, DMs, audience engagement and overall community sentiment.
Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
