We are looking for a Full Stack Data Engineer to design, build, and scale our core data infrastructure and engineering platforms.
This is an engineering-first role — not limited to reporting or analytics engineering. You will work across data pipelines, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, integrations, platform reliability, and AI-ready data foundations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can independently make technical decisions, build production-grade systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive projects from design to implementation with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do
Design and build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
Develop and maintain cloud-native data platforms and ETL/ELT workflows.
Build robust backend APIs, integrations, and microservices.
Design event-driven and queue-based architectures for high-volume data processing.
Enable operational, analytical, and AI use cases through scalable data architecture.
Implement data quality, governance, observability, monitoring, and reliability practices.




Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive incident resolution.
Collaborate with product, operations, analytics, and leadership teams.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Must-Have Technical Skills
Data Engineering
Solid hands-on experience with:
Python & SQL
Apache Spark / PySpark
Apache Airflow
Apache Kafka
Google Pub/Sub
Message queues such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or equivalent
Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
PostgreSQL / MySQL

Strong understanding of:
ETL / ELT architecture
Batch and streaming data processing
Data modeling
CDC pipelines
Schema evolution
Data quality frameworks
Distributed systems
Parquet, Delta Lake, or Apache Iceberg

Backend & Platform Engineering
Hands-on experience building production-grade backend systems using:
REST APIs
FastAPI / Flask
