Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operational execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
Identify, source, and coordinate with relevant influencers and creator partners.
Maintain and manage influencer databases, campaign trackers, deliverables, and status reports.
Coordinate campaign briefs, content requirements, timelines, approvals, and submissions.
Follow up with influencers and agencies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Track campaign performance, content delivery, and key campaign metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, media, creative, and account management.
Ensure influencer content follows campaign guidelines and brand requirements.
Support campaign reporting and prepare regular performance updates.
Manage campaign documentation, invoices, payouts, and other operational requirements.
Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms, creator formats, and emerging creators.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, campaign operations,



or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer/creator ecosystems.
Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign trackers.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive to Have
Experience working with influencer marketing agencies, networks, media companies, or brands.
Familiarity with influencer discovery and campaign management platforms.
Understanding of campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, views, CTR, and conversions.
Experience working with creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other social platforms.
