Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities for the agency. This role requires prior experience working within a PR, social media, or marketing agency environment, with a clear understanding of agency service offerings, client acquisition cycles, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain an updated pipeline in the call/lead tracker.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (PR,



Social Media, Talent) to develop tailored proposals and pitch decks.
• Prepare and present proposals, service pricing, and scope documents to prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of revenue potential, proposal value, deal status, and loss reasons in the BD tracker.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities relevant to PR and social media services.
• Report weekly pipeline status, targets, and conversion metrics to the Senior BD Manager.

Requirements
• Minimum 2-4 years of business development / client acquisition experience, with prior experience in a PR, social media, or marketing agency mandatory.
• Solid understanding of agency service models, retainers, and proposal
