Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities across medico marketing and regulatory compliance services, build and maintain client relationships, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs, and tracking pipeline activity in CRM tools. The role involves conducting client meetings and industry networking, contributing to revenue forecasts, and monitoring market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and support account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
