Job Title: Stores In-Charge
Department: Stores / Warehouse
Reports To: Production / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward, outward, issue, and return of materials.




Verify incoming materials against PO, challan, and invoice.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP and Excel.
Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for reordering.
Issue materials to Production and Project teams as required.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and warehouse housekeeping.
Prepare GRN, material issue notes, dispatch documents, and stock reports.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects, Quality, and Accounts teams.
Ensure proper documentation, material safety, and inventory control.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in a relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in stores/inventory, preferably in manufacturing.
ERP and MS Excel knowledge.
Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
Knowledge of engineering materials is an advantage.
