Role Description The Home Textile Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves overseeing daily store and floor operations. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting workers,, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth working.

Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology,



Textile Engineering, Production, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a textile, carpet, rug, home furnishing, or similar manufacturing facility will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of textile production processes, machinery, and manufacturing practices.
Experience in handling production teams and managing shop-floor operations.
Ability to understand production targets, quality requirements, and production planning.
Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
