Vertical 3D Tech is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of hands-on Upwork Business Development experience to join our growing team.
Job Location : Mohali, Punjab

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
Research clients and understand project requirements.
Write effective and personalized proposals.
Track proposals, conversions, and revenue growth.
Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile.
Generate consistent business through Upwork.
Focus on eCommerce projects such as Shopify and WordPress.

Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on Upwork Business Development experience — Mandatory.
Proven track record of winning projects through Upwork.
Experience with Shopify, WordPress, eCommerce, web development,



or digital services is preferred.
Strong communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on results.
