Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and IT recruitment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical hiring while working with emerging technologies and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.




Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate communication, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate technical interviews and maintain interview schedules.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS with accurate candidate information.
Negotiate salary within company guidelines and assist in offer rollout.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar job portals is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sourcing and networking abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced hiring environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment repo
