Role Description The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes supervising front desk staff, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels, and coordinating reservations for gaming sessions, events, and parties. The Front Desk Manager monitors guest feedback, addresses issues promptly,



and works closely with operations and events teams to maintain high service standards. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and implementing front desk procedures that support efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
Experience with front desk operations, including Receptionist Duties and Reservations management.
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, teams, and external partners.
Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or event venues is preferred.
Ability to lead and coach front desk staff, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfort with basic computer systems, booking software, and payment processing.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and adaptable shifts as required by venue operations.
