The Role: Business Development Executive– Video Solutions

You'll own the full pipeline—from identifying the right prospects to closing the brief, collaborating with our Video Director to shape the solution, and delivering projects that move revenue.

You'll primarily engage with startup founders, marketing heads, growth leaders, and CMOs to understand their business challenges and recommend the right video solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience selling creative agency services, video production services,



digital marketing services, branding services, or media solutions who enjoy consultative B2B sales.

What You'll Do

Prospect and generate pipeline via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound leads; convert conversations into qualified briefs.
Qualify video needs by understanding a brand's product, audience, and growth challenges—then frame the right video solution.
Partner with our Video Director to shape creative approaches and proposals that resonate with startup founders and CMOs.
Close deals and build relationships with early-stage founders and growth-stage brands—our sweet spot is ₹100K–₹500K+ projects with fast sales cycles.
This is a hunter role. You're expected to generate leads, nurture existing leads, and convert them into paying clients. You're comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage deals and energized by startup energy.
