Role Description The GTM Executive role is a remote position responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and execution for Root2Rise’s products and initiatives. In this role, the GTM Executive will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to define target audiences, craft positioning and messaging,



and plan launch campaigns across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing performance data, coordinating cross-functional launch timelines, and optimizing user acquisition and engagement funnels. The GTM Executive will also manage partnerships, support community-led initiatives, and ensure that every campaign reflects Root2Rise’s empathetic, student-first brand voice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured thinking, experimentation, and building scalable playbooks in a fast-moving, purpose-driven workplace.

Qualifications
Go-to-market and growth skills: experience in GTM planning, user acquisition, funnel optimization, and launch execution for digital products or platforms.
Market and user understanding: ability to conduct market research, analyze user behavior, segment audiences, and translate insights into clear positioning and messaging.
