ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our Design Team as a Design Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting and detailing and will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise, construction-ready drawings while coordinating effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Convert design concepts and sketches from architects/designers into accurate technical drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP,



and other consultants to ensure proper drawing integration and clash-free documentation.
Prepare and maintain Working Drawings, GFC (Valuable for Construction) Drawings, and Shop Drawings.
Review site conditions and update drawings based on site measurements and execution feedback.
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve drawing-related queries during execution.
Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and version control for project documentation.
Support the design team in preparing presentation drawings, 3D views, and material specifications as required.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable statutory building codes, byelaws, and approval requirements.
Assist in preparing BOQs and drawing-related documentation for tendering and procurement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely issuance and execution of drawings.
