About the Role
We're looking for a Fashion Curator who lives and breathes fashion culture - someone who instinctively knows what's trending before it peaks, and can turn that instinct into looks that makes people want to shop.
You'll set the tone for how Oyela shows up to customers, elevating the look, feel, and relevance of our product catalogue so every shoot feels current, aspirational, and unmistakably on-trend. Working hand-in-hand with the creative, merchandising teams, you'll turn the latest trends into catalogue imagery that's as scroll-stopping as it is high-converting .

What You'll Do

Own the styling direction for catalogue shoots across all categories.
Continuously improve the overall look, feel, and consistency of the website catalogue.
Curate complete digital looks using garments, accessories, footwear, and props.
Track what's trending — on Instagram, Pinterest, and across global and Indian fashion — and translate it into catalogue styling fast.
Build styling mood boards and shot references.




Audit catalogue quality regularly and spot opportunities to sharpen visual merchandising and conversion.

What We're Looking For

A genuine obsession with fashion and a sharp, current eye for trends, silhouettes, colours, and styling.
Deeply plugged into Gen Z fashion culture and the way trends move on social — you know what's landing right now, not last season.
An active creator or content sensibility of your own, with a portfolio, feed, or mood boards that show your taste.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aesthetic instinct.
Comfortable in a quick-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Early-career is welcome — we care far more about your eye and your feel for the culture than your years on paper.
