Role Description The Sales Manager – Personal Loans is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for driving personal loan business growth within the assigned territory.



This role involves managing and developing a high-performing sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives. The Sales Manager will identify and onboard new channel partners, nurture relationships with existing partners, and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day activities include monitoring lead generation and conversion, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, ensuring adherence to credit and compliance policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes regular reporting on performance metrics, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications

Experience in sales and business development, preferably in personal loans or retail lending, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
