Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in Taleo to Oracle Fusion HCM data migration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data migration from Oracle Taleo to Oracle Fusion HCM.
Analyze, extract, transform, map and validate Taleo data.
Develop data mapping between Taleo and Oracle Fusion HCM.
Work with HDL, FBDI, TCC and/or OIC for data migration and integration.
Perform data reconciliation, validation and error resolution.
Support migration testing, UAT and production migration.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful data migration.
Required Skills




Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Hands-on Oracle Taleo experience.
Proven experience in Taleo → Oracle Fusion HCM migration.
Valuable knowledge of HDL/FBDI and HCM data structures.
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is preferred.
Strong data mapping, migration and validation skills.
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience in Taleo data extraction using TCC.
Experience handling large-volume HCM data migration projects.
