Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for the assigned region,



including developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients such as architects, landscape consultants, and institutional buyers. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating with the design and project teams to provide customized solutions, and ensuring timely closure of deals. The Regional Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activities, prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports, and work closely with internal stakeholders to meet revenue and growth targets. The position also includes leading and mentoring regional sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
