The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and a deep understanding of the jewellery manufacturing market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and solidifying our position as a preferred supplier in the industry.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for our alloy products.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with jewellery manufacturers, dealers,
and other industry professionals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our alloy solutions.
• Understand client requirements to provide tailored product recommendations and technical support.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximise profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
