Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Manufacturing Unit, NH 48, Kosamba, Surat. The Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.



The role involves preparing invoices, processing payments, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with monthly and annual financial closing. The Accountant will support the preparation of financial reports, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed. The individual will also help monitor budgets, track expenses, and contribute to improving financial processes and controls.

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel, other MS Office tools and AI for data analysis and reporting.
Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
