About Mingrow
Mingrow is an AI-powered Business Operating System that helps businesses manage CRM, Sales, WhatsApp Automation, Marketing, HR, Finance, Projects, and Operations from one platform.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with robust experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, and SaaS Sales to drive B2B client acquisition and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound channels.
Identify business requirements and present Mingrow's solutions effectively.
Conduct online and offline product demos.
Connect with founders, business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Update daily sales activities and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Who We're Looking For
5+ years of relevant experience specifically in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, or ERP Sales.
Proven experience in B2B software/SaaS sales and client acquisition.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Confident in cold calling and conducting product demonstrations.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
Experience dealing directly with founders, business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
