Role Description The DEPUTY CITY HEAD is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting city-level business operations and growth for NoBroker.com. This role involves overseeing daily sales and service performance, guiding and coaching city teams,



and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all local business lines. The Deputy City Head collaborates with central leadership to implement city strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities also include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing local partnerships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team enablement to achieve ambitious city targets.
