Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and reviewing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.



The Purchasing Executive will track inventory requirements, compare quotations, support cost-effective procurement decisions, and maintain accurate purchase records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements, resolving purchase-related issues, and supporting adherence to organizational policies and budget guidelines.
Qualifications
Ability to manage core purchasing processes, including Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management.
Robust Procurement skills, with experience in vendor coordination, quotation comparison, and cost-effective sourcing.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and budgeting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an
