Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with atleast 01 year in Business Development; preferably from FMCG or personal care industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred

CTC : upto 20K per month

Responsibilities:
Drive business development initiatives, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales. Build a pipeline of orders for contract manufacturing and other business segments.
Strategically manage key accounts by identifying growth opportunities, addressing client needs, and maximizing revenue potential.
Establish and maintain solid client relationships to secure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues.




Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integration of contract requirements with internal teams.
Interface with supply chain, production, finance, technology, and regulatory teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with statutory requirements.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and generate leads. Utilize various channels to identify and connect with potential clients.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, profitability, and business growth. Create annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Identify and evaluate new product or service opportunities based on market trends, customer demand, and feedback.
