Role Description The Maintenance - Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across dairy processing and farm infrastructure. This role involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules,



supervising maintenance technicians, and ensuring equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Lead will diagnose technical issues, coordinate repairs, manage spare parts inventory, and work with operations teams to minimize downtime. The role also includes maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, documenting maintenance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with Akshayakalpa Organic’s sustainability and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for dairy processing or industrial machinery.
Experience in Preventive Maintenance planning and execution to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Hands-on Maintenance and Troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
