Job Description
About the role:
As an Manager (Key Accounts), you will be responsible for managing and growing key industrial customers for carbon and graphite products used in applications such as PECVD, CVD, vacuum furnaces, thermal processing, and other high-temperature systems.





You will work closely with customers to understand application requirements, identify opportunities, and provide practical, engineering-driven solutions that support business growth. A strong understanding of industrial processes and basic machining concepts will be an advantage. This is a hands-on customer-facing role requiring strong communication, field presence, and problem-solving ability. You will collaborate with internal teams across engineering, production, and commercial functions to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to Sales Head
Recent customer acquisition and account development
Regular customer visits and plant engagement
Managing key accounts in electronic & industrial graphite applications
Understanding customer applications and offering suitable solutions
Market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis
Managing end-to-end sales cycle and pipeline
Supporting order execution and customer servi
