Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role based in Hyderabad, with compensation up to 5.5 LPA. The Interior Design Consultant will meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, and translate these into creative and functional design concepts. Daily responsibilities include preparing design proposals, selecting materials, furniture, and finishes, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The role involves guiding clients through design options,



presenting mood boards and layouts, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The Interior Design Consultant will also support showroom or site visits, contribute to sales conversations, and uphold a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Interior Design and Furniture selection, including space planning, color schemes, and material choices.
Sales capabilities, with the ability to present design solutions, handle objections, and contribute to revenue targets.
Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
