Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Electrical Design Lead based in Bengaluru, India. The BIM Electrical Design Lead will oversee and execute electrical design tasks using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.



Responsibilities include designing electrical systems, planning power generation setups, selecting and specifying electrical equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The lead will also liaise with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into broader project objectives, ensuring innovation and adherence to the highest engineering standards.

Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership for electrical design on large-scale developments, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Define, implement, and maintain electrical design standards and best practices across projects.
Review, approve, and sign off on electrical design deliverables, including BIM/Revit MEP models, drawings, and calculations.
Lead and coordinate BIM activities related to electrical systems, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and constructability.
