Established in 2014, Kaprel specializes in manufacturing acoustic glass partitions for the interiors market. We are now seeking a Sales Manager to join our India team at Kaprel India Private Limited based in Hyderabad.

Position Overview
The Sales Manager – India will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships within the architectural and specialty glass segments. This role requires strong technical understanding of glass products, architectural/interior products, and an excellent technical understanding of acoustic solutions. Proven sales leadership, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives across India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for India region
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in architectural, glass segments.
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and project‑based clients.
2. Market Development
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis,



and pricing benchmarking.
Identify emerging trends in the Indian glass market
Identify new regions and verticals for growth.
3. Key Account Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, Project Management Consultants (PMC) and Cost Consultants contractors.
Manage high‑value accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term supply agreements.
4. Technical & Product Expertise
Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application guidance.
Collaborate with technical teams for product customization, quality issues, and customer support.
Stay updated on glass standards
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and market intelligence.
