Role Description

Plan and manage campaigns across Meta and Google
Manage budgets and optimise campaign performance
Monitor leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other key metrics
Test audiences,



creatives and campaign setups
Set up and monitor tracking
Prepare performance reports
Work with the creative team to improve ad performance
Manage campaigns across multiple clients

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Positive understanding of campaign optimisation, targeting and reporting
Comfortable working with data and numbers
Good communication and time management
Agency experience is a plus
