Role Description The Student Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the advisor provides guidance to students on study-abroad options, eligibility criteria, and suitable universities and programs. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, answering student and parent queries, assisting with application documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of admissions and related services. The advisor also supports students with timelines for tests, applications, and visas, maintains accurate records in the system, and contributes to a positive, student-centric experience.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Student Counseling abilities to guide and support students throughout their application journey.
Excellent Communication skills and a background or interest in Education to explain complex processes clearly and accurately.
Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional, empathetic approach.
Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases and deadlines effectively.
