Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. In this position, the representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and explain various financial products, respond to customer inquiries, and guide potential clients through the sales process. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate product options, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in the system.
