About the Role
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to join our energetic team in Kozhikode In this role, you will act as the primary guide for prospective students and parents, helping them navigate their educational options, answering course queries, and facilitating admissions.

What You’ll Do:
Outbound Calling: Connect with interested students and parents to share details about our courses, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
Guide & Convert: Provide personalized guidance, address concerns, and walk applicants through the step-by-step enrollment process.
Track Progress: Maintain accurate call records, status updates, and follow-up notes in MS Excel or our CRM platform.
Achieve Goals: Consistently meet daily calling targets and lead conversion goals in a cooperative work environment.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
Tech Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and calling/CRM platforms.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
