Executive – Compliance Services & Business Development

About the Role
We are looking for an Executive – Compliance Services & Business Development to manage client regulatory compliance assignments while actively contributing to lead generation, business development and sales.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, regulatory work and B2B sales and wants to build a career in compliance consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client assignments related to regulatory registrations, certifications, approvals and ongoing compliance.
Coordinate with clients, government authorities, testing laboratories and certification bodies.
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, applications and trackers.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate compliance solutions.
Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals and networking.
Identify potential clients for BIS, CDSCO, EPR, FMCS, DGFT, BEE, MoEFCC and other regulatory services.
Conduct client calls, follow-ups,



meetings and product/service discussions.
Prepare quotations and proposals and support conversion of prospects into clients.
Maintain CRM/lead databases and regularly track leads, follow-ups, proposals and conversions.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify cross-selling and additional business opportunities.
Contribute to the growth of the company's compliance consulting business.
What We Are Looking For
Graduate in any discipline; relevant technical/business/regulatory qualifications preferred.
1–5 years' experience in compliance, certification, consulting, B2B sales, business development or client servicing.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and client-management abilities.
Interest in regulatory compliance and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, telephone and digital lead generation.
